A few of the places to stopover and breathe in Ladakh are - Nubra Valley Ladakh, Magnetic Hill Ladakh, Shanti Stupa, Tsomoriri Lake Ladakh, Leh Palace, Thiksey Monastery Ladakh, Pangong Lake Ladakh, Suru Valley Ladakh, Shey Palace Ladakh etc. Ladakh is well known for these places and tourism and from across the world lots of tourists come to visit Ladakh.
Pick up from Airport and Check in to Hotel in Srinagar. Evening leisure. Overnight Stay at Srinagar.
Early morning depart for Kargil. En-route visit: Sonmarg, Drass (The second coldest inhibited place in the world) & Kargil War Memorial. Arrive in Kargil by Late Afternoon. After Some rest we proceed to Hunderman that’s on border to Pakistan to witness life of the villagers of the Aryan Valley (subject to time & Authorization). Overnight Stay at Kargil.
Have breakfast and depart for Let. En-route visit the monastery of Mulbekh & Lamayuru . Here we witness the famous Moonland Like Landscape, Namkila & Fatula Passes, Indus Confluence, Magnetic Hill & Gurdwara Patthar Sahib before Reaching leh. Overnight Stay at Leh. After having breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via Khardong Pass. Khardoong La is the Highest Motorable Road in the World & the Pass also has a small Cafeteria which boast itself as the highest Cafeteria in the world. We Arrive in Nubra by Early Afternoon. After Some Relaxation in our Rooms we Proceed to Hunder Sand Dunes and Enjoy and Exciting Camel Safari (Own Arrangement).
Have breakfast at leisure and then proceed to Turtuk Village (opened for tourist from 2010) is a place Annexed by India only after the 1971 war, the village of Turtuk is one of the only Balti villages in India and lies right next to the LOC. We will visit the Zero Point where the indian Army has set up a viewing Point to see Pakistan Side. On clear days you can have glimpse of K2 mountain peak located across the border in Pakistan , you may also be able to see the Pakistan Posts . After a quick visit to this village and a Royal House we return to Hunder . Overnight Stay at Nubra Valley
After having breakfast, we depart for Pangong Lake. En-route have stop over in the Deskit Market, Deskit Gompa (Monastery). Later we depart towards Pangong Lake (14,500ft), through Shyok/ Wari La. We will arrive @ Pangong by Late Afternoon. Evening is spent around Pangong Lake and exploring the Area. Overnight Stay at Pangong.
After Breakfast Proceed to Leh. En route we can take a short halt at Changla Pass to enjoy a cup of hot steaming tea. En Route visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monasteries , Sindhu Ghat and Rancho School. Evening visit Shanti Stupa, Leh palace & Leh market along with Central Asian Museum .Overnight Stay at Let
Have breakfast and get transferred to Leh Airport to board your flight for hometown.
